Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your perishable food product, please contact Marconda's within 7 days of receiving your order. In the event that your package arrives warm to the touch or is damaged/incorrect, it is important to reach out to Marconda's ASAP on the same day your package is delivered. Please do not return any perishable food item without explicit instructions from Marconda's. You can reach them at

Please note that certain items are non-returnable. Perishable goods such as food, meats, chicken, poultry, deli meats, pickles, jerky, etc. cannot be returned. 

Here are some additional items that are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Any fresh meat 
  • Any perishable items like pickles
  • Any open seasonings or sauces 
  • Any dairy (milk, cheese, butter, etc.)

Refunds (if applicable): Once we have addressed and resolved your order issue, we will notify you via email to confirm the approval of your refund. We reserve the right to limit all replacements or refunds.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment or credit card within a specific number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account.

Next, contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable): Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
